PALMFEST 2008 at New Convention Center
McAllen, TX – The Coalition Against False Fajitas – aka C.A.F.F., whose members are referred to as Mad CAFFs. Because of the profilaration of false fajitas, (i.e.: chicken fajitas, pork, shrimp, and others) the coalition was formed to help stamp out that which is not a true beef skirt.

Erica Womeldorf, my daughter, presented me with a present from a great patron of the Fajita Cookoff.
