McAllen – HEB Food Stores will be one of the primary food concessionaires at this year’s PalmFest International Folklife Celebration, scheduled for October 4-5 at the new McAllen Convention Center.
HEB will be serving up gorditas, chicharrón, ice cream pops, fruit cups, and other delicious items. Hey! Sport Concession and Catering will be providing fajita tacos, chicken tacos, turkey legs, sausage, and corn dogs at the event as well.

PALMFEST 2008 at New Convention Center
McAllen, TX – The Coalition Against False Fajitas – aka C.A.F.F., whose members are referred to as Mad CAFFs. Because of the profilaration of false fajitas, (i.e.: chicken fajitas, pork, shrimp, and others) the coalition was formed to help stamp out that which is not a true beef skirt.
